Nature of Services The Hot Room Studio is an infrared-heated Pilates, sculpt, and fitness studio operating within Zoo Elite Gym. Classes may involve exposure to high heat (up to ~105°F) and physical exertion. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Eligibility Participants must be 18 years or older or have parental consent. You confirm you are medically cleared for heated exercise.
Memberships, Payments & Fees All memberships, classes, and purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Auto-renew memberships continue until canceled with proper notice. Late cancel fee:

$12. No-show fee: $25.

Scheduling Policies We may modify schedules, instructors, or class offerings at any time. Hydration and self-monitoring are required
Website Use You may not misuse or copy site content, branding, or materials.
Intellectual Property All logos, designs, and branding belong to The Hot Room Studio & Zoo Elite Gym.
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for injuries, heat-related issues, equipment misuse, or failure to disclose medical conditions.
Modifications Terms may be updated at any time.

Health Certification You confirm you are medically cleared and will stop participation if you feel unwell.
Release of Liability You release The Hot Room Studio, Zoo Elite Gym, owners, instructors, and staff from any claims related to injuries, heat-related issues, equipment use, or facility conditions.
Personal Property We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Media Consent You allow photos/videos taken in the facility to be used for marketing unless you opt out in writing.
Acknowledgment By booking or entering the facility, you agree to these terms.
