THE HOT ROOM STUDIO & ZOO ELITE GYM — LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

1. Assumption of Risk Heated Pilates and sculpt classes involve exposure to high temperatures, physical exertion, dehydration risk, and potential injury. You assume all risks voluntarily. 

2. Health Certification You confirm you are medically cleared and will stop participation if you feel unwell. 

3. Release of Liability You release The Hot Room Studio, Zoo Elite Gym, owners, instructors, and staff from any claims related to injuries, heat-related issues, equipment use, or facility conditions. 

4. Personal Property We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. 

5. Media Consent You allow photos/videos taken in the facility to be used for marketing unless you opt out in writing. 

6. Acknowledgment By booking or entering the facility, you agree to these terms.
