At Hot Room X Zoo Elite, our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of our Hotroom Studio and or Gym Elite Workouts. We believe that a fun and exciting gym and workout plan is for every body and we strive to create a supportive workout community. 

Our experienced and certified instructors are passionate about sharing the practice of Infrared workouts with others. They provide personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate in our classes.
